Our Level 2 Home Survey is a detailed yet non-intrusive assessment that includes everything visible and accessible at the time of the inspection. We assess both the interior and exterior of the property, highlighting any defects or maintenance issues that could impact your decision to buy.

We also check for signs of dampness, timber decay, and any structural movement that could be a cause for concern. If any serious issues are identified, we’ll recommend further specialist investigations.

Damp Checks & Condition Ratings:

We use moisture meters to check for damp in key areas and rate all elements using the industry-standard RICS traffic light condition system:
